Jogging
Jogging is probably the most common form of aerobic exercise, probably because it one of the easiest other than walking.Jogging keeps your heart healthy and strengthens your bone density and general physical fitness and of course, helps you lose weight.Jogging is an excellent aerobic exercise to get your started on the path of physical fitness.

Before you jog.

Note:If you dont want to keep a regular jogging schedule you wont benefit as much as you possibly could.Allot of people tend to quit jogging simply because they dont have enough self discipline,if your gonna start, dont prematurely stop.
Now,before you begin jogging take a moment to stretch,or go for a extended walk.Try to warm up your body as best as possible, the reason for this is because when you dive right into running without warming up,and if your body is not familiar with this sort of physical strain it will begin looking for convenient resources to burn up,usually finding sugar first and using it to create the energy needed.Once the sugar is gone-which is done very quickly, you will begin breathing very heavily and you will not be able to go any further, even though you jogged a rather short distance.
However,if you first get your body accustomed to the idea of physical activity by power walking and stretching-warming up.Once you begin jogging your body will look deeper for resources to burn for energy like glucose, and fat,and most people begin jogging in order to burn excess fat.
So remember,warm up first.

So,how far and how long should you jog?

When i jog i dont usually set a specific distance or time,i simply keep jogging until i start to feel the strain on my muscles, than i continue for a short distance more, and stop.Mark the spot,i usually just take a mental note of where i stopped, but if you tend to have a terrible memory or dont wish to subject your memory cells to this task, you can simply place an object at that spot.(If you jog the same route regularly)Next day ill jog a good distance past the point,or wherever i want,it all depends on how i feel.I haven't perfected my technique yet, obviously,so i dont recommend following in my random footsteps.Considering the fact that im a newbie(Beginner)at aerobic exercising.
I run simply to enjoy nature and well, get tired and healthy and train my aerobic resistance.

Now heres the Pros version of a jogging schedule:
Start small, push yourself, but dont overdue it.Your goal is too get tired and sweaty and the end of a jog, your gonna be out here until you start to feel it.Because thats what you need and want.
Try to make a habit out of jogging,no dont try, make a habit out of jogging. If its not a regular part of your schedule its not gonna effect you as much as it should. You want to jog at least once every two days, and you want to feel tired, and push yourself further each time.Of course in order to do this your gonna have to discipline yourself.
So,remember to give your body rest, after a jog, maybe a day or two.But during these days you should go for little walks, in order to keep your body active but still resting at the same time.
This is all i have to say about this,i hope you found it interesting enough.

Damn it!I need to go jogging!
