Psych UP!

Are you feeling down? Feeling the weight of the world on your shoulders? Recovering from a break up? If so I got a solution for you; psych up! Whenever your feeling exceptionally useless all you really got to do is psych yourself up, once your properly psyched up you will quickly forget about your emotional issues. Before you can begin psyching yourself up you must first confront your problem; you must be aware of what needs to change. Progress my friends, movement, it is essential. So, you must first realize that you are accomplishing nothing by feeling sorry for yourself.
Get up off that couch and go do something, get some fresh air, or just psych up at home. Get rid of depressing thoughts, the more you think about it the more you will want to think about it and eventually your entire thought pattern will consist of depressing things thus making you depressed. Don't side with yourself, don't feel sorry for yourself, force yourself to do something productive. As soon as you start psyching yourself up you will eventually start to feel better about yourself but in order to psych yourself up you need to push yourself. All it takes is just one shove and you will begin rolling away from what you were previously depressed about. Okay so you are probably wondering what it means to psych yourself up.
Psyching up is a just another term for self-motivation. The best way to psych up is by listening to music you like and even bouncing around a bit. You can also go for a jog, smile, focus all your attention on just being happy. Listen to some up beat music and get yourself in the mood. When something happens to encourage depressive thoughts just ignore the invitation. Once you have control over your thoughts you will soon feel much better about yourself and you will be able to live your life to the full.
So basically the point of this article was to say that if you are feeling down all you have to do is psych yourself up. Realize what your thinking about and steer your thoughts away from the issues that depress you; store those issues way down in the deepest, darkest corner of your mind and lock them away. Once you are in control of your mind and emotions you can do almost anything. Make a goal, reach that goal. So theres my attempt to motivate you. Strength your mind; strong minded people get places.
